DANIEL BLUNTZER is a Partner at New Frontier Capital Markets.  Daniel supports the NFC staff and their clients in overall trading decisions and livestock and meat outlooks.  He assists in both production and price modeling and is responsible for researching specific livestock trading strategies.  In addition, he oversees an extensive historical database of livestock, meat, and futures prices.

Daniel received an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a graduate degree in Agriculture Economics from Texas A&M University in 1993.  Over his 20 year career, he was Director of Research for Frontier Risk Management in Chicago, worked as a Beef Trading Leader for Koch Agriculture Company in Wichita, KS, a Hog and Pork Analyst with Sparks Companies in Memphis, TN, and a livestock analyst and broker for Cargill Investor Services in Chicago.
