Infrastructure bill and Omicron spread heavy on the markets

Corn and soybeans finished the week strong pushing up against some big levels but outside markets are weighing on the commodities overnight. Senator Manchin surprised the senate with a no vote on Biden’s $2 trillion dollar infrastructure bill. Put the scare of the Omicron spread shutting down events in the Northeast on top and the energy and stock markets are pulling back. We could have a risk off day but so far soybeans are holding positive overnight. NFC Grain Comments 12.20.21
